These two went through a whirlwind of pandemic craziness. Their plans had to change multiple times and they landed getting married at the Ventana Big Sur. With how beautiful their day turned out, you would never be able to believe that this was not their first option of a wedding celebration. Their celebration was much smaller than they had originally planned, but the day was such an intimate celebration with their family members and friends in attendance.

“Samu” is our little 1986 Suzuki Samurai that we tow behind our 1973 GMC Motorhome. Fitted with a rear bench seat it allows a seat for our family of 5. It is the lightest and smallest 4wd/high clearance/off road vehicle we could find. This video below a short video showing the dramatic landscapes that Samu has taken us to.
Wilderness // A Yosemite Backpacking Trip With My Son
In May 2018, I got to take the whole family to Yosemite for a week. In addition to shooting a wedding there, I really wanted to take my oldest son (7 years old) on a short backpacking trip and share my passion for the beauty of Yosemite. This hike was over 3,000 feet elevation gain so the littler ones couldn't come. The weather worked out perfect, although the temp dropped into the 30's, and we had such an amazing time.
