My wedding day was like a fairy-tale dream and thanks to Makai Creative my husband and I are able to relive those moments for the rest of our lives. Throughout the entire process, from the initial meeting to our wedding day until we received our wedding video (in a very timely manner!) Makai Creative was very professional and an extreme pleasure to work with. Even when my husband and I decided that we wanted to add something special to our video package, a short film of my husband and I telling “Our First Date Story” Makai Creative was very open to suggestions and created something magical. We were able to share this video at our wedding along with the incredible same day edit of the ceremony that brought tears of joy and laughter to everyone’s eyes. As someone who graduated from film school what impressed me the most about Makai Creative was their ability to get amazing intimate shots without my husband or I even noticing they were there. We were able to both completely be in the moment and have a phenomenal video to remember the day and for that I will be forever grateful.
Tyler and I had the pleasure of working with Makai Creative from beginning to the end. Meeting Aaron for the first time felt like catching up with an old friend. He was very sincere, friendly, easy to talk and share ideas with. The way he would talk about videography you could tell he had so much passion. While discussing about the same day edit he proposed using the song "Dream" by Priscilla Ahn. Once I heard it I fell in love with it. He later gave me the idea of incorporating baby clips into our same day edit as it would match perfectly with the song.
We had our ceremony at the Hilton's Ocean Crystal Chapel and our reception at the Hale Koa. As soon as the same day edit played my heart just melted because he was able to capture what I had envisioned. To this day his same day edit is the talk of the Winner wedding.

I was in tears the morning after our wedding as I opened an email from Aaron with our same day edit link. It was so meaningful to me because he captured the essence of our day so well and it was something I could send to all my family and friends on the mainland who could not be here for our special day. I also heard from numerous family/friends that they watched our teaser video over and over and it made them cry every time!
